Delete your Peas Of Mind account

You can delete your Peas Of Mind account and all its data at any time. Before you do, you may want to save a copy: Settings > Account > Export my data.

In the app

  1. Open Peas Of Mind and tap the person icon at the top of the Recipe Vault.
  2. Go to Account, then Delete my account.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm. You can also choose to erase everything from your phone.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, email us from the email address of your account (or the Google account you sign in with), and we’ll delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner. We’ll confirm by email when it’s done.

What is deleted

  • Your account, email address, name and profile photo
  • All your recipes, including photos, ingredients, steps, ratings and bookmarks
  • Foods you created, your meal plan, grocery lists, pantry staples and daily targets

What is kept, and for how long

  • Technical logs kept by our hosting provider for security are deleted automatically within a few weeks, and any backup copies within 30 days.
  • If you emailed us, we keep that conversation only as long as needed to complete your request.
  • Data on your phone stays until you erase it in the app or uninstall Peas Of Mind.

Recipes you published as official Peas Of Mind recipes, if you’re an administrator, stay available to everyone. Nobody else’s data is affected.

Deleting only some data

You don’t have to delete your whole account to remove things. In the app you can:

  • delete any of your own recipes, together with its photo (open the recipe, then Delete recipe)
  • remove foods you created
  • clear meals from your plan and remove items from your grocery list
  • remove bookmarks and ratings, and change your daily targets

What you delete disappears from your account on all your phones at the next sync. Your health profile (birth year, height, weight, activity and goal) is stored only on your phone and never reaches our servers.

To have specific data erased from our servers completely, including backups, email privacy@peasofmind.app from your account’s email address and tell us what to remove. We’ll do it within 30 days and confirm by email.
